Eba is one of the most simple Nigerian meals to make, it could be prepared within the twinkle of an eye.
All you need to make eba is just hot water and garri (which is usually made from cassava), as a matter of fac,t the food is called eba only in some regions in Nigeria, others prefer to simply call it garri.
So, eba is easily prepared by getting a neat bowl to make eba with, pour the hot water into the neat bowl and begin to pour the garri into the hot water and cover for some seconds.
Open it and begin to stir in a slow manner and make sure it is either soft or strong enough.
It depends on the way you like to eat your eba, some people like it strong while others like it very soft.
There are two colours of eba that I know of and the colour of eba comes as a result of the type of garri used, because there are two colours of garri; the white and the yellow. Here are some pictures to describe what I am trying to talk about.
