We order take out for two for my friend and I as we re-watched Mulan

We both ordered the Salmon dinner.

We busted out the good dishes to make like we were at a restaurant.

It was a fun night.

It is supposed to be a good source for Vitamin K2. K2, in conjunction with D and zinc, is supposed to be good for the immune system. Apparently most of the people who get severe COVID19 have D and K2 deficiencies.

Yes I have. It is not one of my favorite foods.
