Looks yummy! I also use Century Tuna to make a Tuna sandwich but I haven't tried making a fishball yet. :D

Also, as a suggestion, you might want to add English subtitles on the video OR write the recipe here in dual language (English and Filipino). The Filipino community is still small at the moment and there's not much Filipino curators atm, so having your posts in English would be more suitable to be easily understood worldwide. :D
