Low Carb High Fiber and Omega 3 Flat Bread Recipe. Keto Friendly.

These flat breads are super delicious and filling. They have about 10 grams of fiber and 4 grams of plant sourced omega 3 each patty. They are a great bread replacement for sandwiches or even eat them with just a little butter.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Flax Flour
1/4 cup Chia seed flour
2 eggs and 3 egg whites
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp of almond milk.

Mix all your ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer.

In a non stick pan put 1 tbsp of butter or coconut oil and drop the batter into a circle to the size you want.

Flip over once golden on each side, like the picture shown.

They can be used to make chicken sandwiches like this one with no carbs. Also burgers or any where you would use bread.

I think I would go for that chicken sandwich, what a great alternative to store bought bread.

Yep, and it has over 9000 mgs of plant based omega 3's from the flax and chia seed flours and also over 20 grams of fiber. You get all your daily needs of both omegas and fiber in 2 flat bread pieces.

I'm always on the lookout for healthy keto-friendly recipes. Thank you for this, I will have to try it.

Gluten free too! Just what I need....GF bread is so dry! I like the tip about Chia seeds making foods cooked with them moist....might have to do some kitchen experimenting with Chia Seeds this weekend! ;)

Chia is amazing, there is so much you can do with it and it is loaded with Fiber and omega 3 healthy fat. It actually has more omega 3 per 2 tbsp than 3 giant omega 3 fish capsules.
