Avoid curry if you are on detox diet, pepper makes holes in the intestinal wall (which is also why it increases absorption of turmeric, but the price is high). Also helps detox and fights cancer. I made myself a tea https://steemit.com/health/@greenmask9/immune-system-tea

The first image looks like ginger.
I used to hate ginger until a couple of years ago. And I hated the taste of turmeric, too, until a couple of months ago.
My husband has used it a lot when he cooked. But funny thing, when I started to like it, he began to hate it. So now we're cooking without turmeric.
hahaha Great, You're right, the picture is really ginger, although the ginger and turmeric are very similar. I did not have any picture of turmeric that I can use freely. sorry for that

I've been taking a turmeric tablet every day for about 6 months now. No side effects.
Thats so good for you ! The best is to use fresh root, but the tablets and spice powder are very good too. Natural antibiotic for everything👌
I didn't know that the turmeric drink was supposedly "medical"... I've been drinking that for years (along with some cinnamon and honey). Absolutely wonderful on a cold evening.
