I always think of soup as being the easy cooking, lol. The cooking technique doesn't have to be perfect. And the ingredients are so flexible! It's hard to make a bad soup, no matter what. Your soup here look especially pretty and really delicious!

Thanks @haphazard-hstead! I love soups though I don't make them so much anymore... In Belgium we had some soup everyday... Cambodia is more a refreshing salad country hehe.
