Walnut Pesto:
1 cup walnuts
1 1/3 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh basil leaves, tightly packed
6 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and pulse until nearly smooth. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for up to 4 months.
