Ingredients

1 bagel (your favorite flavor), sliced (here's the recipe for homemade sourdough bagels that I used)
2 - 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
3 - 4 teaspoons honey
cracked black pepper & sea salt
Instructions

1. Toast bagel until desired crispness. Spread with cream cheese and top with avocado slices, then pistachios, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
