Brownie Ingredients with Walnuts:
- 125 grams of chocolate to melt
- 125 grams unsalted butter
- 150 grams of sugar
- 75 grams of chopped walnuts
- 75 grams of baking flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
preparation:
I recommend before starting to prepare the recipe we will leave the ingredients, heavy and measured, and then we use to put our oven to preheat to 180ºC, and while it reaches that ideal temperature to bake our recipe, we will prepare it.
Firstly, we have to melt the chocolate for desserts, I recommend that it be in a slow-pitted container, being careful that the chocolate does not melt too fast because we can make it burn.
When the chocolate is almost completely melted, we add the chopped butter and continue to heat until both ingredients are completely melted. For this, we should use, for example, a rod since they are a good help to get a perfect mix. Once we have gotten it, we leave the fire and let cool a little.
In another bowl we have to beat the eggs and the sugar, until there is a very homogeneous whitish paste. The contents of this bowl we will pour it next to the chocolate and the melted butter, once they have been tempered a little, and then we mix everything again. We also add the flour, ground cinnamon and vanilla, and again we will remove with the rod the best we can.
This last mixture is the one that we are going to bake, but before we will add the chopped nuts, well distributed by the same, so that they do not concentrate in the same place.
The oven should be already at 180ºC, so we only have to pour the dough that we have prepared in a mold, which must be greased, butter is very good choice.
Bake at the same temperature about 25 minutes, always checking before removing the mold from the oven that inside our brownie is well baked. If necessary we leave it a few more minutes until we can remove it and let it cool.
My secret so that a perfect brownie is left and that it is not left little done is to go little by little pricking with a knife. If, once punctured, remains remain stuck on the knife, then we should leave it a few more minutes. If after these minutes, we re-puncture and there are no remains in the knife, then it is time to take the brownie out of the oven. It would be done !!!
At the end, we demold the brownie with nuts, let it cool on a grid, to cool properly on all sides, and then serve to cut into rectangular pieces, and we could serve.
