Never heard of these intriguing butterfruit pears, but I understand being so excited about a pear because I'm currently waiting for some that are growing on a tree from which I forage. I call it being PREPEARED, haha!

Butterfruit is butterfruit! There is no alternative.
However, you can eat sweet corn and coconut together. Both of them make a perfect pair.

You don't need to add butter because it contains its own natural butter - even has a buttery taste.

I am Korean and eat similar food to Korea.
Add a pinch of saccharin to add a sweet flavor to taste.

I never knew saccharin can be added to corn. That will make too sweet you know.
The same amount of saccharin is 500 times the sugar.
But they put a little extra in the cooking.
Don't worry, it's not too sweet.
Have never heard of these butterfruits, but will now look for them in my favorite unique places to try with corn on the cob. Thanks. ππ
