Hello steemians! I just want to share with you what I am eating right now. A crispy pork chicharon from one of cebu's best seller of chicharon, Chilen. Which is originally came from Balamban.
You can enjoy it in different way. Add some sauce to it. A vinegar complements it well. it can be spicy or not depends on your taste choice.
You can also enjoy it not only pork, but also chicken. Skin of a chicken is perfect to make. Good thing for this food is that you can enjoy it wherever, whatever and whenever you want. It is also perfect to pair with alcohol.
