Oh, the eggplant in your picture reminds me of one of my favorites meals here in venezuela! It's cow liver with fried onion. I know, it may sound disgusting or weird but actually it's really delicious and looks a lot like the eggplant, at least like the one in the picture haha the cold noodle also looks really yummy!
