Material:
500 ml of meat broth
350 young jackfruit, boiled
150 gr of brisket, cut into pieces
5 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, crushing
1 liter of medium coconut milk
Salt to taste
1 tbsp brown sugar
5 pieces of large green chilli, cut into 2 cm
Blend:
5 onions
1 clove of garlic
½ tsp coriander seeds
3 candlenuts
How to make:
Bring to a boil of broth, add jackfruit, brisket meat, bay leaves, galangal and spices, mix well. Cook until boiling.
Pour the coconut milk, stir well. Add salt and brown sugar, stirring. Cook until water absorbs some.
Enter the green chili, mix well. Cook for a moment
