You're welcome, @misslasvegas! That's a great point - pasta making & cooking in general can be a very meditative, lovely practice. Our food tastes much better when the cooks like what they do!

That's true. I very much believe that cooking is an art. They don't say 'made with love' for nothing. If the heart's not in it, the food will never be as good.
