One of my favorite maxims when it comes to health and fitness is to keep it simple.
It is when diets get overly complicated and highly restrictive that they fall apart.
The best diet is one that you can adhere to on a consistent basis.
For me, that means eating similar foods each day and keeping meals as simple as I can.
I love to start the day with some eggs and a simple turkey sandwich. It's simple, relatively easy on the digestive system and quick to make.
Pair it with a nice cup of coffee and/or tea and you've got the makings of a perfect start to your day!

Great post! The photos were a nice touch. I love waking up on the weekend to scrambled eggs in a wholewheat tortilla. If I'm in a rush, then oats with strawberries and blueberries always does the trick!
Ty! oooh Oats and berries sounds amazing. I actually just got into eating oatmeal just a few days ago. I have to admit that they are surprisingly good and simple to make! I've been putting bananas in there but I ought to try some other berries too!
