🍕 Recipe of my own homemade Pizza Rolls creation! 😋

Hi blog readers, as I promised you in my MonthlyAuthorChallenge Post of yesterday, I want to share my new homemade pizza rolls receipt with you in this article here. It´s a very fast to prepare & bake recipe, but creative and it tastes very fresh. 👌

Preparations and ingredients:

At first I used ready to bake bread dough from "Knack & Back", which you are normally eating as "Sunday Breads" with Nutella, Honey, or something sweet. But the dough isn´t so sweet, so that I became the idea to create something salty out of it and the most obvious thing were pizza rolls!

So I made a little hole inside the bread form of the dough and put feta cheese, salami, a kind of bruchetta paste and goji berries for the health inside:

Now just close the hole and try to form a little stable bullet so that it will not open in the oven:

When all pizza rolls are looking stable just put them inside the pre-heated oven until they are looking how you like it:
