I've never even heard of a mango burger before seeing this post and I would never in a million years think of putting mango on my burger...that just isn't a topping I'd want on my burger, a little ketchup, maybe some lettuce, cheese and of course bacon, but never mango. :D

How did it taste with the mango, was it a pleasant flavor despite the dryness of the patty?
