Yesterday i tried a special dishes,the Chengdu style fishes!
it was amazing!
the concept is to cook a big fish (7kg of fish) in different style:
first they cut the fish meat into sashimi, that you will eat with soja sauce mixed with different thing as garlic, onion, ginger, peanut, pickles, and else...
Second they take fish bones and put it in a congee hot pot served with meat and veggies that you choose
Third they fry the head and the tail of the fish! NO WASTE!!!
We also order GEODUCK CLAM! it's a HUGE CLAM who looks like a male sex when it's not cutted
But we also ate it in sashimi style!! it was so delicious!!
