I love Sundays! Love the quiet streets and lazy mood. No one is in a hurry, maybe only for coffee or breakfast. Though I’m a coffee junkie and I have my coffee routine, on Sundays, I want to be a sloth and do nothing in a hurry.
This dish I discovered in Berlin and it was awesome. It’s a recipe perfect for brunches. I am obssesed with it.
Definitely, you should try it!
Ingredients
2 poached eggs
10 g butter melted
10 ml olive oil
Greek yogurt
Garlic powder
Chives/spring onion chopped
Smoked paprika
- Melt the butter and mix it with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir in olive oil. Cover it.
- Mix yogurt with garlic powder. You can use fresh garlic, if you want.
- Poach eggs using your favorite technique.
- In a bowl, pour the yogurt, melted butter and carefully place eggs.
- Sprinkle some green over!
Also, this recipe is a Turkish one, I think it’s called Sultana’s eggs.
Enjoy your Sunday!
