Ingredients
-270gr tahini
-270gr powdered sugar
-200gr flour
-200gr melted chocolate
-165gr cognac
-3 eggs
Preperation
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Butter, or spray with non stick spray, a 23cm round cake pan.
In your mixer with Coated Flat Beater, place the tahini and powdered sugar and process to combine.
Add the melted chocolate and eggs until the mixture starts to come together, then add the flour and cognac.
Ιmmediately pour into your cake pan and bake 175°C for about 27-29 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool on a metal rack before removing from cake pan.
Decor
Sponge cake, pasteli(made from sesame seeds and honey), mixture of pasteli-chocolate-cereals, praline.
If you like tahini you have to taste it!
