Bruschetta with mozzarella, cream spread, tomatoes, basil, this simple recipe with a pleasant taste of flavors you hope to try and surely you will not be disappointed if you want to make a surprise to your friends. Thank you for Attention.

The ingredients:

-Bread with seeds
-Mozzarella
-Cream Spread
-Basil
-Tomatoes(piccadilly)
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Garlic
-Oregano
-Dried parsley
-Salt

To begin with, put the tomatoes in the cooking tray, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano and dry parsley, add the garlic and cut into the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

Then fry the bread with the seeds and make the mozzarella composition and spread the cream and add the basil leaves and cut a little salt and mix.

After the tomatoes or baking and bread is fried, proceed to the arrangement, to add some extra virgin olive oil to the bread from the baking pan where the tomatoes are baked, then add the mozzarella with cream spread and then add the tomatoes.

It can be served with a glass of red or white wine.

Honestly they were very good with garlic flavor and basil tasteful red tomatoes a little baked perfect recipe in company with loved ones.

That cereal bread you're using, brings back so many memories. Hahah

I used to work in Rome at a Hotel called Pulitzer, and they would have that kind of bread for the breakfast room. It was so good, and I've also did some bruschette with that bread, even tho not as complex as yours, but they were so good none the less.
