Today I bring another hamburger recipe, quite crunchy, and of course free of animal protein, demonstrating the almost infinite variety of vegan hamburgers that we can prepare thanks to the properties of the grains with which we can get a consistency very similar to animal meat, also provides us with a considerable amount of vegetable protein. My secrets INGREDIENTS

(for 4 portions):

♡ 60g of oats

♡ 200g of white beans

♡ 1 onion

♡ 1 tablespoon flour

♡ 1/2 cup vegetable milk

♡ Garlic powder

♡ Pepper

♡ Barbecue seasoning

♡ Salt

♡ Ketchup and mustard (optional)

PREPARATION

Preparation time: 10min

Cooking time: 30min

Total: 40min

The first step will be to wash and to cut very well the hair, preferably in small dice, act to follow we will choose a frying pan we warm to low fire with a good jet of oil, adds apical of salt.

After the time in the refrigerator we take out the dough and we will begin to give form to our hamburgers, the size I leave it to your consideration, I have put the ingredients on the basis of the preparation of 4 hamburgers. You can also guide yourself depending on the size of the bread you got for the preparation.

The next step will be to prepare the batter, for it we will choose a small bowl where we will place the vegetable milk with a spoonful of flour, the idea is to emulate the mixture as if it were egg, in a plate we will place the panko that is a Japanese breadcrumb, we will mix it with some pepper.

Now only remains the step of placing the hamburger in the mixture of milk and flour to then pass through the panko, and then we begin to sauté, for it we must preheat very well a frying pan where we will throw a generous jet of oil, then this very hot we will lower a little flame and begin with our cooking. A tip not to dismantle the batter is to prepare the hamburgers to leave a few minutes in the refrigerator in order to compact the mixture and thus remain attached while cooking.

The final step will be the assembly of the hamburger, accompanied by some delicious slices of tomato and mustard as an optional ingredient you can use ketchup, or with the sauce you want.
