Hello everybody!
In today post I want to write something about calories and losing weight.
Are you faced with the situation that you lose weight and look even worse?
Or to eat very little, and doesn't lose weight?
Then read this article and see why.
1g FAT = 9kcal
1g of PROTEIN = 4kcal
1g CARBOHYDRATES = 4kcal
100g of protein is the same as 100g of carbohydrates.
The same is, of course, in numbers, the function is completely different.
100g protein = 400kcal; 100g uh = 400kcal
You have to spend more calories than you are entering to lost weight?
Basal metabolism is the energy consumption while the body is at rest, which the body uses to function normally.
When we add physical activity (weight training) and activity during the day (jobs around the house, walking, etc.) get the entire energy of the body for a day.
BM + consumption + consumption in training (activities during the day) = TOTAL ENERGY BODY
- All over it is SURPLUS!
- All of that under the DEFICIT!
It is known that if you have a deficit you will lose weight, but not the same unless otherwise put nutrients in a calorie deficit.
For example, a person of 100kg of body weight has BM 2500 kcal. He should enter 2500kcal to cover the needs their body.
500g of carbohydrates and 100 g protein = 2400kcal this example I gave because very often I meet people that do not eat fat because they are afraid.
Will this man to lose weight?
Let's say he will because if you spend more energy than we enter, certainly thin. But what are the consequences?
With so much of carbohydrates will harm their health and provoke insulin sensitivity. Such amount of sugar the body of a recreation fans will not be stored in the muscles but in the fatty tissue where it is not anyone goal.
Kilograms on the scales will fall but not as it should be.
Loss of muscle mass, look worse and weight are smaller? Do you want it?
Carbohydrates are the main reason why people are overweight because all the foods that we impose advertisements contain sugars
Carbohydrates are the primary source of energy and will be dosed them accordingly activities, best for breakfast, before and after training.
So, if you consume carbohydrates before and after training, rest of the day we will fill protein sources (meat, fish, eggs, low-fat cheese) + fat (healthy oils, nuts, as they provide longer energy throughout the day!)
Food doesn't makes you fat, kcal surplus does!
You can lose weight eating the chips, cake, pizza, but health comes in huge trouble! Each, but virtually every food is not bad, once you learn about food, you will be more relaxed, happier, and with it you will achieve your goals and top shape!

In some ways by reducing your carbohydrate intake you can retrain your body to run on fat (ketosis). Our bodies were originally designed to run this way and overall is a much healthier way to eat.
I agree!
