I love chia! I've started to blend them with unsweetened chocolate and a little honey until completely smooth. It is exactly like chocolate pudding. The quality can be as high as you like, it just depends on the type pf chocolate used.

It's pretty much hipster caviar that gets transported around the world for no good reason using lots of energy. The "anti oxidants / free radicals" narrative is questionable, too. I'm almost surprised that there are no "detox" claims being made as well, haha. The only interesting thing about them is not even mentioned here: that you can use them to thicken sauces. I still need to try that.
I love Chia Seeds, been having them for a while now. I add them to pretty much all my foods :)
