In order to be healthy, people should eat balanced diet. Balanced diet cost very little, but gives much. The diet must be prepared in such a way that is appetizing, palatable and digestible.

SOURCES OF NUTRIENTS
🍘 Proteins = meat, fish, milk, egg, etc
🍘 Carbohydrates = Cassava, yam, sweet potatoes
🍘 Fat/Oil = palm oil, fatty milk, egg yolk
Sodium = common salt
🍘 Iron = liver, okra, spinach, eggs, green banana
🍚VITAMINS
🍘 vitamins A = paw-paw, carot, tomatoes, cod liver oil etc
🍘 Vitamins B = Thimine B, riboflavin B2 and niacin corn, groundnut, beans, liver yeast
🍘 Vitamins C = orange, tangerine, grape, pineapple, tomatoes

Vitamis A 👉 For eye sight, prevent night blindness.
Vitamins B 👉 Protection agains sor particularly at the end of the mouth.
Vitamins C 👉 For healing bleeding gums, and teeth, skin and; and also digestion.
Vitamins D 👉 Forms strong bones scare away bow legs in children and eastomacia in adult.
Vitamins E 👉 An antioxidant to retard the destruction of other nutrients by oxidation. The body needs a little quantity of it.
Viatamins K 👉 It prevent excessive lose of blood or bleeding.
Roughages 👉 It aids digestion. Its prevents constipation.
Water 👉 It regulates body temperature. Its quenches taste.
