According to study, eating salad almost everyday is the most healthy and the simplest eating habit one can adopt. It is not only very easy to make, it's also packed with all sorts of healthy....
One of the best I've tried so far is Greek salad. You just toss together some sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, artichokes, red onions and olives. Whisk olive oil and a small amount of red wine vinegar over the salad, then season with salt and pepper for more flavor. Best served chilled with a sprinkle of feta cheese and dried oregano on top.
According to study, people whose diets are rich in fruits and vegetables have lower risk of developing cancer - even to those who smoke and drink heavily.
