Please share the recipe. That looks absolutely Delicious. I hope it isnt some complicated spice mixture and I can just buy curry powder at my local store.
First wash the fish and add salt to it and keep on side...
take 2 onion 2 tomato 2 potatoes, cut in small pieces
In a pan add 1/4 cup oil, add all veggies,ginger, garlic, garam masala, salt, red chilli, turmeric powder,
Cook 2 to 3 minutes closed lid, in the middle place the fish
Add fish masala to the fish and cook for 15 minutes...
