Being a part of this Uber Dankness, mouthgasmic, high-vibe cuisine is an honor. Watching people's faces when they get a mouthful of this incredible food is priceless!! One woman who came to an event at the Garden of Eden approached me in tears saying "If this is food, I don't know what I've been eating all of my life!" A true testament to the extraordinary flavor and freshness of the food here. This is a great post sharing what is possible, WITHOUT supporting the industrial military complex, while sharing tens of thousands of meals every year with a below zero carbon footprint. Where do you ever hear that? How amazing it would be if those reading this on Steemit could be inspired by such a reality and take action. I love what is shared here.

Yes!! Not only do we feed thousands of people the best food they've ever had FOR FREE, we do it in support of the new paradigm rather than the military industrial complex of death and destruction! Super mega giga ultra WINNING!!
Blessings!!! The best summer of my life was spent setting up in parks around Cali and feeding all who joined us. We never lacked for food. people would bring us their groceries and eat with us. We had the time of our lives. Food lovingly prepared and shared freely transforms even the most meager of provisions. You and your community lovingly grow your own food and then share with others thus amplifying this effect by many factors. It was my experience that people were more hungry for the connection with others through food than the food itself. i know that this was a very powerful and transformative force and was I was blessed more in the doing than the receiving. I can only imagine the power of the experience having been involved from seed to table. Blessings to continued success with your work/play. I never worked a day that summer.
Thank you! We too find that people are "hungry for the connection", especially amongst marginalized members of society that few pay attention to: https://steemit.com/homelessness/@gardenofeden/sustainable-community-illegally-feeds-the-homeless
