Hi essra, thank for your comment, wantan soup is originally chinese dish, i think. But I know one recipe which is pretty simple and I've tried it several times, all turned good. This recipe includes minced pork, shrimp, shallot. You slice the shrimp into small pieces, and mix them with pork, sliced shallot (just the white top of the shallot), salt, pepper. Then you wrap the mixture then boil. Its easy. If you want to make the broth or the soup, just boil a chicken, the broth from chicken is naturally sweet.
Sorry English is not my mother language, hance my instruction might be confused, but I hope it helps you. Just give me another comment if you're lost ^^

hey mibenkito, i always thought it was made of chicken, not pork and shrimp, but i'll give it a try :) englich isn't my motherlanguage either, relax :)

No, if you make it with minced chicken it would be dry and hard i think. Pork has the grease which will make the wonton soft and taste better ^^
