Here's my another quick and easy recipe for the day good for families and friends.
This is a sandwich with a twist instead of some pork or chicken beef etc. used a fresh shrimp.
Spiced shrimps are combined with creamy cheese for a melt-in-your-mouth Mexican-style sandwich.
IGREDIENTS
1/2 LB, SHRIMP, PEELED AND DEVEINED
1/2 TSP, CUMIN
1/2 TSP, GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP, SALT
1/4 TSP, CHILI POWDER
2 TSP, OLIVE OIL
1, AVOCADO, DICED
1/2 CUP, EDEN MAYO
1, CHILI PEPPER
1, LIME, JUICED
4 LEAVES, LETTUCE
2, BREAD ROLLS, SLICED
METHOD
In a bowl, mix cumin, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, chili powder and olive oil. Add shrimp and coat evenly.
Blend together until smooth avocado, Eden Mayo, chili pepper, lime juice and 1/4 tsp salt.
In a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp for around 5 minutes, until pink.
Toast bread rolls and spread avocado mayo mixture. Layer bread with lettuce leaves and cooked shrimp. Close sandwich with top slice of bread and serve.
NOTE:
You can use other kind of flavor of mayo if you want to have a different taste or in a unique way of taste of your shrimp sandwich.
