Sweet and healthy : Tasty avocado pudding

Raw desserts can become a real passion - they are satiety, useful and very delicious! Here is a wonderful recipe for avocado pudding that will satisfy your thirst for jam - it is very tasty, without the extra calories of white sugar and flour.

Necessary products:
3 ripe avocados
1/3 cup natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon coffee
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons coconut milk or other milk of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of sea salt plus extra for sprinkling
1 tablespoon raw cocoa beans, plus a sprinkle, you can also use grated dark chocolate

Method of preparation:
Cut the avocado in two and scrape it with a spoon. Put it in a blender along with cocoa, no coffee, honey, coconut milk, vanilla extract and sea salt. Beat until you get a smooth mixture. Add cocoa beans and mix. If you want to serve the dessert in a more unusual way, you can distribute the cream in halves of avocado bark. Keep in mind that the dessert is satiety and a little heavier, so if you serve in bowls, make sure you have smaller ones. Add some more salt and cocoa beans just before serving.
