Homemade jam from mint and lemon
sugar 1 kg
water 500 ml
mint (leaves) 250 g
lemon 2 pcs.
Mint leaves, along with stems, should be rinsed, drained and cut. Finely chop the lemons together with the skin. Both put in a pan, cook for 10 minutes, leave for a day to insist. The mixture is pressed, filtered, add the sugar and cook until ready, until thick. Hot jam of mint and lemon pour into sterile, steamed jars and roll.
