I know there are a few different flowers that are edible. I haven't tried them myself though. There is a tea that I get from Teavana and it has little rose buds in it.

Yeah, you can use flowers from any tea you got, I ordered a bag of roses from Amazon, gonna just eat them all eventually!

I never thought to experiment with flowers in recipes. I just skimmed that website you shared though, and I will probably try to make a lot of what is on there. lol
