Vegetable Vegetable Rice Tofu Recipe

many contain vegetable protein besides the team's rice with tofu and vegetables this could be a complete food alternative small

prepare the following ingredients:
1 spoon of vegetable oil
1 cloves of finely chopped garlic
200g know silk / white tofu, cut small
2 spoonful of frozen peas
30g carrots, cut into small pieces
1 spoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 spoon of pepper powder
1 spoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
100g of white rice
500ml chicken broth

prepare also complementary materials to make it more complete, namely as follows;
Chicken broth
Red onion that has been fried

How to make:
• fried garlic until fragrant.

• Put the tofu into the cauldron

Tips:
Choose to know oragnik to get a softer texture.
If you want the texture of the team's rice softer, the amount of rice can be reduced a bit and add more broth.
Substitute tofu can be used tempeh is diced small.
