Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 150-200 gr flour
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- For filling:
- 300 gr smoked salmon
- rukola
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 1 tomato ( thin cut )
- 3-4 new onion tails
- 400 gr cheese cream ( philadelphia )
- thyme leaves
- magnanose leaves
- basil leaves
- salt and black pepper
Im going to explain it in 6 steps so pay attention on the steps below and follow instructions:
Iinstructions
Step 1 : Tempt the egg well with the mixer. Then add all the ingredients to the rolotte and mix them all well.
Stepp 2:We prepare the prepared dough in a square baking tray (in the oven), in which we have previously laid baking paper.
Step 3: Rolada is baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: After baking, let the rotavina be cool and then moisten with phildelphia cheese. Above the cheese we salmon cut into thin slices of all the other ingredients for filling. Also pour salt and pepper freshly.
