Fish Salee or smoked fish is one fish processing technique to make it more durable. The usual fish made smoked fish is fish clarias nieuhofii or catfish. The way of processing any manifold, one is a typical fish coconut curry smoked mandailing(Madina), North Sumatera. Here's how to make it.
Ingredient
- 3 smoked fish, soak in hot water for 5 minutes, lift up the drain.
- 3 pieces of Orange leaves
- 1/2 coconuts, coconut milk is made
- To taste refined sugar
- Fine salt to taste
Spice
- 2 potatoes, Peel and clean, side-side
- 2 red onions, sliced-iris
- 1 stalk Lemongrass/Lemongrass
Spice paste
- 2 slices of ginger
- 3 pieces of red chilli
- 1/2 fruit saffron
How to make
- Saute the onion until it is fragrant, add the Spice paste.
- Stir in the coconut milk and put diaduk-aduk also the lime leaves and Lemongrass.
- After the coconut milk to a boil enter potatoes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked stir in fish sale, sugar and salt to taste.
