I should add that my daughter who also has epilepsy, and seizures, has a brain doctor who unsolicited by us brought up keto as a possible answer. This tells me its not just my friends daughter who benefits from keto, but that many people with seizures can benefit.
My baby unfortunately is too young (21 months) to do a full keto diet without some side challenges, but if her seizures continue as she gets older I would happily consider this option if it helped her. :)
