wow that really looks tasty ; yam yam , it looks similar to the baka-bana we prepare here in my country , that's baked banana preparation:
we slice the banana in thin slices and dipped them in a bowl that have flower mixed whit water and sugar, after dipping them ,we bake the banana untill it is nice brown, and serve that warm whit peanut sous , tasty ;)
