Everyone should know how to make pizza at home, especially when family gatherings or friends are coming at your place.
Today we will show you the recipe for a nutritionally rich pizza that is much better than pizza we are all used to, easy to prepare and will bring quality nutrients for your body.
What do I need for pizza dough?
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of hard cheese (gauda, tilzit)
- 10 grams of chia seeds
What are the ingredients for pizza?
- 1 tomato
- 20 grams of hard cheese
- 30 grams of mushrooms
- 30 grams of bacon

How to make pizza?
How to make pizza dough – around 15 minutes
Scramble two eggs as if you were making scrambled eggs and add 100 grams of hard cheese grated on small pieces. The smaller the pieces dough will have a smooth texture, not like ours on the picture.
Put chia seeds in and mix well together until you get a nice mixture. Shape it in a circle on a piece of paper in the baking pan and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Pizza filling – around 10 minutes
While the dough is baking, prepare all the filling ingredients, cut them into small pieces, and when the dough is baked, just put them on and bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
Cut down the ingredients while the dough is baking to save time.

You will get four slices from this mixture, and here is nutrition values for one slice of pizza.

protein: 15.5 grams
carbs: 2.7 grams
fat: 16.2 grams
Where to buy the ingredients?
You can buy the ingredients in stores or market, but we recommend to buy Chia seeds at specialized food stores as they are cheaper than in usual stores or big supermarkets.
Bonus tip
This is a large meal and it is not a game, be careful how much slices of pizza you will eat.
Of course it depends on your individual daily intake of calories and your goal so that those who are trying to increase their body mass will be very happy, and those who are on weight loss can save some slices for the next day, take them to work, cheer colleagues and make a proper advertising for us!
