Once my dad hears the bell, he always asks his grandchild, my nephew, “do you want ice cream Khallil?”
Khallil says, “YES po!” all the time!
And he never fails to ask me as well whenever I’m working from home. And I never declined his offer.
My strawberry and cheese ice cream for 10 pesos!
Yes, we still have this in the neighborhood until now. I’m happy that even my nephews get to enjoy it. It got a little expensive and flavors got diverse, but it’s as tasty as ever.
It brings memories when I eat dirty ice cream with my Kuya when we were still young.

I like that song too! My dad used to play it next to the song "Saranggola ni Pepe." The cassettes no longer work but I'm glad there's Youtube. I look for any old song that I miss and I usually find it.
