Hey Everyone :)
We were strictly Alkaline vegan for a while and if anyone is interested as to why/how we slowly eased out of it while still applying a few of the guidelines I would be more than happy to make a video about it!
A few people I know are still following the Alkaline diet so I did my best to make sure this was within guidelines :)
