Pumpkin is a natural vitamin and mineral complex.
There is a beta-carotene contained in the pumpkin (the champion among the vitamins). Pumpkin is rich with vitamins C, E, B1, B2, PP. Pumpkin contains a lot of potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, copper, zinc, cobalt, silicon, fluorine. In addition, pumpkin is a low-calorie food rich in fiber.
In the pumpkin harvest season you can try to cook a simple pumpkin pudding with the addition of cottage cheese. So that there is delicious and healthy pudding.
Ingredients : equal parts of the pumpkin puree and cheese, about 400 grams, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 4 tablespoons of semolina, 100 grams of butter, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla extract.
First prepare the pumpkin puree: chop the pumpkin into pieces, pour water and put to boil until cooked.
Check readiness pumpkin with a fork, it easily passes through a piece of pumpkin. By the way, the pumpkin can be baked.
Heat the milk to 40-50 C degrees and pour semolina to swell.
The cooked pumpkin transform into a puree.
Send cheese in a blender to grind.
Add the eggs, sugar to chees.

Then put the melted butter and pumpkin puree, mix all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the form and send it in the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 C degrees .
The finished pudding should be cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional of course) and immediately apply to tea.
