This proved to be very difficult. I had a sleepy and a little dizzy.
I really felt a lack of energy. And I always wanted to eat. Yes, I ate fruit and vegetables. But my body demanded another! So I decided to study this question.
It turns out that there is a habit to eat harmful products and it is very similar to smoking. This is a protective mechanism of the organism adaptation to the poisons that we take every day without thinking about the consequences.
Poison in microdozes constantly enters the body, and the body gets used to it. In case of refusal from the use of harmful products, withdrawal symptoms occur - breaking. But I just decided to give up meat!
It's incredible !!!
Even the doctors say that in this situation dramatically go on a healthy diet, it will be extremely difficult.
They also say that the fatigue and malaise, drowsiness and dizziness, are only at the initial stage of transition,
everything is just a consequence of a dirty liver and the whole organism,
which has decades poisonous toxins and chemistry, not to mention the GMO.
Therefore, the result of the restructuring and renewal of the body of all its systems, will require the will, time and effort.
3 days I stayed without meat! I think next time I will be much easier!
Keep us updated :)
Thanks )
I don't agree that GMO is harmful. Scientific consesus has been clear for a long time. GMO is safe for human consumption.
Otherwise, interesting post.
Humans need meat. But not more than a 100 grams per day. Eat only chicken and fish and avoid fried products. The rest of your food should be just fruits and vegetables or meals with meat and vegetables. Cut down or eliminate products with flour or sugar in them. Don't eat conserved food (chips, sausages, etc.).
Totally agree!
Yea eventually your body gonna adjust to the healthy living.
Yes, I think it is already possible.
What kinds of food do you normally eat? Are you home cooking meals from scratch or ordering out? How much fastfood do you consume?
I eat mostly fast food and prepared meals. But now - is enough!
