Ingredients

1 egg
125 g butter
1 cup sweetened sugar
1½ cups leavening flour (prepared using 1¼ teaspoon baking powder and 1 pinch of salt per cup of regular flour)
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips
Method of preparation
1-Preparation: 10min> Cooking: 10min> Ready in: 20min
2-Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
3-Beat the egg and sugar together until a thick, thick consistency is obtained.
4-Melt the butter and add to the egg mixture.
5-Add the flour, salt and chocolate chips. Mix well.
6-Place the dough into spoonfuls (one tablespoon per cookie) on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
7-Bake for 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool down on the tray.
