in #food7 years ago (edited)

I have never imagined the nutritional value of moringa leaves and seed until i read about it and got lots of interesting values written about this plant...

Recently, my boss attended a summit in Lagos with some investors from other countries and one of the craving of one of the investors is this plant... MORINGA leaves and seed... Funny enough, it's a plant I'd never taking note of, though widely grown in Nigeria and eaten in the northern part of the my lovely country... Now, I would have to take a journey to the northern area, to find out where i can get it in large quantity.
