Palaung Farm Bouillon
Ingredients :
Chicken meat- 50kg
Garlics- 4 Pieces
Ginger-About 3 cm
Lemongrass-1 pieces
Dry Chilli- 6 Pices
Passion bud- a little
mustard- a little
Pumpkin bud- a little
Straw Mushroom -15kg
Chinese Cilantro(or)parsely, basils - a little
lemon- 1
Green Chilli- 5
Onion- 2
How to cook palaung farm Bouillon,
At first,
Flitch to chicken meat as 1cm blocks.
And Ginger,Dry Chilli and Gralic are added7 to food processor .
And Chicken meat blocks are mixed with
Salt, tumeric,flavor powder and fish sauce.
And cut to green lemon ,
Pour water 1 liter to oven...
When water boiling, add chicken meat and lemon grass to oven, about 10 min added to Onion quarters and green chilli.
Taste to flavour..when it is ok,
add to pumpkin bud,parsely,mushroom,mustard and passion to boiling oven.
About 10 minutes.
You can eat to palaung farm bouillon,
That's deliciously...
