THAT LOOKS AMAZING!

We actually inherited a family recipe that people go ape over - similar in that it's a coffee cake...but one of the ways that it seems to rock one's world is that the middle never gets cooked as thoroughly as the outsides. The result is this gooey consistency on the inside that is just crazy good.
