Another cooking video today after a 2 day break from making videos.
Today I cook a simple 'Fu Yong Tan' which is a Chinese-style omelette that has whatever you have leftover in the fridge.
Mine has freshly cut onions so I'm breaking the rules a little but who doesn't like freshly cooked sweet onions with eggs.....
A very simple dish but good with rice and most of all, tasty and delicious!

Thanks for another cooking video.
Now we can easily make it by knowing the system from your video. By the way you are so smart about cutting the onion.
Thanks man. Years of practice :D
Nice video, man! Good knife skills with the onion, too.
Say, do you ever have any sauce with your omelette? I know that in India (or at least in my family) it's somewhat popular to have ketchup as a condiment, but what about China, or what about your family?
Yep there are. There is a ketchup like kindda sauce Malays make for an omelette dish. For mine I prefer it without.
But maybe I'll do a video of one with a sauce the next time :D
I can eat this with rice and don't need other dish. Because this is egg.
Egg-xtremely awesome possum meal.
Yeap same :D
@danielwong, I never seen or ate Fu Yong Tan before. You given perfect video lesson how to make Chinese style omelette easily. Thanks for sharing.
No probs. Try one next time :D
I think you can customize to your liking as well.
