Hello friends of steemit today I will teach you how to prepare step by step some delicious tumbarranchos to share with family..
This is my first recipe that I upload to the Blog and if they like they tell me what they thought
For this preparation we need the following:
INGREDIENTS FOR THE STUFFING
- grated carrots
- Tomatoes in julienne (half moon)
- Lettuce
- Mortadela slices
- Stewed chicken
- Sliced cheese
- Cheese of year
- Pink sauce
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PREPARATION OF YELLOW MIXTURE
- Learing flour
- 1 egg
- Liquid milk (half cardboard)
- 1 envelope of camencita (curcuma or curry)
- Half a tablespoon of mustard
For the yellow mixture pour the half milk carton in the blender, add flour slowly, then add 1 egg and a half spoon of mustard and the carmencita (curcuma or curry) and liquefy and place it in a bowl.
1.- Once roasted, the arepas are opened and 1 slice of mortadella is placed on each one.
(They burned a little)
2.- The arepa is introduced into the yellow mixture until it is completely covered.
(so that the arepa grasps the characteristic color of the tumbarranchos)
3.- After we put them through the yellow mixture they are fried until they are golden brown
4.- We have to prepare the chicken that we have
in this case use (potatoes, carrots, diced tomatoes, long onion and cilantro well chopped)
we put everything in a frying pan to fry, then throw the chicken, a cup of water, seasonings to taste, stir and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes.
