Today's entry for the Fast&Healthy Cooking series is for this amazing Cod I just cooked for lunch today.
The recipe consists on four different main sub-recipes:
- Steamed Cod.
- Boiled potatoes.
- Tomato sauce for the Cod.
- Canarian green sauce.
For the Tomato sauce recipe, you can check my previous post The secret to the best bolognese pasta sauce, where I explain the ingredients for this slow-cooked sauce.
The cod is steamed and used kosher salt after cooked.
The potatoes are boiled and the Canarian green sauce for the potatoes are made by blending parsley, coriander, garlic, and onion. After blending the ingredients, I mix them with some lime juice and olive oil.
